RECOGNIZING COMPASSION FATIGUE

Many of us work in the caring profession because we wanted to make a difference. In today’s world there is so much pressure on helping professionals to do more, see more clients, and take on more roles. It is not surprising that we feel exhausted and not able to find the joy in our work we once had. Learn ways to step back, re-evaluate your passion and goals and re-work your life to bring more of the joy and connection back to your life.
